Re: [Philmont]: Philmont Altitude Acclimation

I gave up sodas last spring for my Philmont trek this past summer. I my
object was to reduce the effect of less caffine on the trail, mid afternoon.
I still had my morning coffee at home and on my trek.

Giving up sodas (and I love Dr. Pepper) also helped me lose a few pounds
too...........

I did great with or without coffee in the morning at Philmont, and I didn't
suffer the mid afternoon "drag" or headache.
