Whoa! I don't find the advise from Brad the trail Chiropractor ridiculous
at all. It is very sound and practical.

As with all items on this list, if you don't like it, hit the delete key. I
know from experience that method works.

This thread is becoming ridiculous! Stop preaching to other people about
your eating or drinking habits and how you feel there is a better way to eat
(or drink). Advice on altitude acclimation is one thing, but Brad the trail
Chiropractor has crossed the line. Inasmuch as Brad has listed eight reasons
to avoid caffeine, the same can be said why we should avoid driving, taking
a plane, riding a bike etc, due to numerous inherent safety risks. So,
let's just stick to the core topic Brad.

Thanks,

Steve

Caffine has several effects. It is acidic and the body has to buffer it by
using a calcium supply as a ph neutalizer.
2) Hyperexcites the nervous system
3) Increases Blood Pressure
4) Irritates the Hylin Cartalage & synovial fluid in joint capsules
5) Burns the B's Vit's because of the Nervous System
6) Causes hardining of tissues.
7) Causes increase adreanal response. -- IE burn out.
8) Diuretic.

Low & Behold Get better Diet!! Juice fresh Veg, Tofu, Meat portions. Not too
many carbs - unless your going to burn them aerobically.. Fruits....
