I made sure each boy had a SMALL supply of mole skin in their personal first
aid kit.

In 2003, I had new insoles, got blisters on one foot, and used SPIRO-FLEX
and duc tape each day. SPIRO-FLEX pads are great and not as thick (less
weight) as moleskin. A little pricey (from REI), but can probably be
found else where for less.

I would agree to check for allergies with all this stuff before you go.

Because of skin sensitivity, We had one scout experiement with a dozen or
more sunscreens and bug juice before we went to Northern Tier this past
summer. He was highly allergic to MOST of the stuff........glad to have
found out before we got to Northern Tier in Bissett, Manitoba, CANADA!!!
