Does anyone have a copy of the trail menu for 2004? I have a couple of parents asking what their boys will be eating, and I have a 2003 menu, but I heard that there were changes (and will likely be changes before 2005 gets here...).
Also, for those of you who use turkey bags: Is it possible to use a twist tie to close the bag after you have added the hot water to the dry ingredients in the bag? I am asking this because my thought is to get rid of the 2nd 8qt/6qt pot, and in its place make a "turkey bag cozy" similar to anitgravitygear.com's pot cozies.
I have used anitgravitygear.com's pot cozies for about 2 years with my small cook sets and find them indispensable now. I have purchased the Reflectix and am trying to decide on the design of the cozy. My initial thought is to make a cozy that will fit inside an 8qt pot, but since I haven't yet played with the turkey bags, I don't know what to expect as far as volume/weight in the turkey bag.
Any thoughts on the idea? Thanks!
