I posted a little more compact day by day version earlier in the summer, if
you don't need all the nutritional information for dietary reasons. I did
not do a line by line comparison, but the following appears to be the same
as that on the link Joe found.

Feedback from the trail (and evidence in the swap boxes) was there was way
too much gorp this year, so that might be one thing that changes next year.

in the Kit Carson enjoying the last cooked breakfast prior to hitting the
trail and sampling six each of the following breakfasts, lunches, and
dinners.
