Have taken VERY small scouts. (Had to lay on the ground to put their pack
on!!! All carried their weight and made the full trek.) Has been a while, so
I would check with Philmont. Mostly, a small scout is YOUR problem, while an
overweight scout is THEIR problem. Check.
