Well put Russ, you said it better than I did. One of the reasons I
trained so hard was the fact that I was not satisfied with how I felt
after a three dat training trip. Nobody said a word to me, it was just
that I knew that I needed more work. I do think that the mental
toughness is more important than the physical. I have not yet seen a
crew give up on a person who does not give up on themselves, and I hope
I never do.
