[Philmont]: Guaranteed Philmont 2007 spot!

Hello,

Our unit has a Philmont 2005 wait list status number in the 1200s.

Received today a nice letter from Keith Gallaway, BSA National High
Adventure Director. The letter starts by noting, our "position on the
Philmont waiting list for 2005 will not realistically allow for an
opportunity at Philmont." The letter continues by invited our unit
to attend another high adventure base.

The letter also added an "incentive to try our oldest adventure at the
Northern Tier" by "offering a guaranteed spot for 2007 of your
choice at Philmont, Florida Sea Base, or the Double H to the
first 100 crews who sign up for a Northern Tier adventure with an
arrival date prior to July 5, 2005. To be eligible, you must sign
up by December 31, 2004."
