[Philmont]: old times at Philmont

If this is the third message from me with the same content it's because I'm getting a delivery failure notice when I do a reply.

Scott was commenting on cold water in a canteen and I tried to respond with...

And the Advisor controlled the water for 'medicinal purposes'. Ah the healing power of water. He must have kept it right along side the first aid kit that held the leeches.

Gee it was funnnier the first time I wrote this. :-O
