Boy that is the truth. I reminded the adults that several times. They did
not want to be the slow pokes. And were in good enough shape to at least
hang with the slowest of the kids.
We did not need as much in the team building arena. All of the boys in the
crew had been together for 3 years or more, understood each others strengths
and weaknesses. It was the new adults that were dropped in that was the
biggest concern. I wish I had worked in more team building exercises that
included them. One person was a last hour addition which would have made
that impossible.
