RE: [Philmont]: Payment Due Dates

Here is the information we were provided by Philmont regarding payments:

Initial Deposit of $50.00 per person January 31, year
preceding Trek date (i.e. 2005 for 2006 trek)
First installment of $285.00 per person October 1, year
preceding trek date
Balance of Fees ($285.00 per person) March 1, year of trek

This is based on the total Philmont fee of $520.00 for 2006. I believe
the fee was $495.00 for 2005 and don't know what the fee will be in
2007.
