I can send you my Contingent budget for 2002 and 2004. Our 2006 will be
the same. Email me off list.

Contingent pays Philmont fees, for 2-3 T-Shirts, to and from air fare,
touring bus between Colorado Springs and Philmont, side trip expenses
(white water rafting, Koshare) and food, and for admin expenses like
Advisor Awards, postage, photos, photo CDs, videos, training session
food, Awards Banquet expenses, and Coop's Advisor Guides for each
adult.

Crews do their own training budgets which may include substantial costs
to drive to the mountains and back. They acquire their own gear which
also may be an expense if they cannot gather or borrow it from within.
Most charge under $100.

At Contingent level I add 10% contingency fee to the total costs. Our
Council receives nothing from us, but doesn't have to support us either.
We both like it that way:-)

In 2002 we charged $1200, came in at about $950. In 2004, $1300, $1050.
We're charging $1500. I hope that covers the increase in fuel costs.
