In my most recent Scoutmaster's Minute, discussing some of the aspects
of Katrina and Rita, I emphasized that the outdoor skills the Scouts
were learning were not just for camping. My final lines were: "Most of
the time, we go to the wilderness - but every once in great while, the
wilderness comes to us. And when it does, You'd Best Be Prepared."
