[Philmont]: Edward Warner

A Philmont trivia question for you. Edward Warner just donated $25.7
million to his alma mater, Colorado State University. He is wealthy
oilman. In his resume, it says he manages a volunteer program at Philmont.
Anyone out there know what that program would be? Inquiring minds want to
