One thing to remember is that the campfires can vary in the same camp
from year to year as the staff at that camp changes. Even during the
same year a campfire can be somewhat different depending on which staff
members are off duty when you are there. That said, the best I have
ever seen was at Pueblano in '05.

While you are describing camps, what do you think are the best campfire
shows at Philmont, with music or great stories. I have been to Philmont
twice but have only hit one camp with a special campfire, and I missed
that one because I had a scout melt down and a boy would not leave his
tent. Going back next year I want to try again.
