[Philmont] Autumn Adventure Problems

could you add some additional adults to your crew and be able to take your trek? could you forward any details you have arranged so far? we are a group of female scouters from FL that might be interested- we don't even know what the fee is! are you flying or driving? we would fly, with a rental car or some sort of ground transport to get to the ranch. Thanks for all the info / suggestions in reply to my question on Autumn Adventure. Now I have some problems I need help with. The original group of 7 has been reduced to 4 (possibly 2) for various reasons no one could control. We have tried locally to fill the slots through our district and council. No one is available.

I called Philmont and they said there is another group already registered for the week we were going, October 9th through the 13th. The guy I was talking with would not give me any contact info for that group which is understandable I guess and would not forward my name to anyone of that group which I don't understand. But whatever.

By chance is anyone of this group going to AA this year around the week mentioned? If so could you take on another two (or possibly 3 Scouters) dying for the opportunity to do an AA trek?
