[Philmont] Different Start Dates for Council Contingents?

There is another good resource lurking around this list. Pose your question
to Sid Covington in Austin, Tx. He handles the Capital Area Contingent (a
large one) and is a valuable Philmont resource.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have different start dates for
different crews all coming from the same council? The Council
Contingent Reservation Request form doesn't appear to allow that.

I'd like to have a couple of different start dates for our
contingents, in order to let the kids and parents decide how to deal
with summer. With at least four different public school districts
and dozens of private schools, a one size fits all policy really
doesn't work for us. I'd like to offer a July contingent, and an
August one.
