[Philmont] Conditioning

Even though our adults had prepared for 6 - 8 months they were not fully
prepared for Philmont. All of the adults had been on an aerobic conditioning
program but it still did not prepare them for the altitude difference. We
were constantly trying to catch our breaths and get enough oxygen. The boys
did not have any problems.
