Dr. Bob will probably tell you that this is inadequate training and he
may be right for most crews. We just happened to have a fit group to
start with and it worked for us. Remember, training is not just about
the physical demands of Philmont.
Comment: Actually I would say this is inadequate training for me
personally, and for any other desk-bound Advisor on the wrong side of 40
or whose physical conditioning "needs work". It is more than most Crews
do, including my own.
