Any thoughts on whether or not regular blood donation in the year before
arriving at Philmont would "condition" the part of the body that generates
blood cells to respond faster and stronger to the need for more red blood
cells at higher altitude?
I give blood regularly, but would not donate during the two months before
arriving at Philmont.
