[Philmont] Conditioning

Sorry, I am not a medical doctor, nor did I ever play one on TV, so I
will defer to the few we have on the List. However, I also used to
donate blood at the minimum interval for many years, and it didn't seem
to make any difference for me, one way or the other. The only thing I
wouldn't do is train the next day (when I was training for Philmont I
mean); that was my only concession.
