"Slightly off topic, does anyone have a good description of a Life to Eagle
position that you use in your troop? We are adding this as someone to assist
boys after reaching Life to plan the continuation of their advancement to
Eagle."

I am surprised that Dr Bob has not jumped on your query.
Go to Troop111.org and you will find a wealth of information about Life to
Eagle. All of it sage, inciteful and spoken from experiance.
