[Philmont] unsubscribe

I "fell off the list" without having done anything, also last June, right
before our trek (eeek!), and both the USSCOUTS web interface and the email
command interface were ineffective. I tried again a few weeks later and it
worked. No clue what happened, but I recall a rash of "get me off the list"
postings at the time, so others must have experienced the same warp in the
space-time-Phil-list continuum. Yet another unsolved mystery to ponder...

Has anyone actually found a way to go to "nomail" or leave the list and
get back on later?
