Steve, your question is a little outside my area of knowledge. I know that
the Logistics department does keep track of those kinds of things, at least
informally. Just anecdotally, though, it seems as though the higher
itinerary numbers are chosen just as often as the lower numbers. I believe
there can be two crews starting each day on any one of the approximately 30
itineraries, and there are about 30 crews arriving on an average day. So,
most of the itineraries must be "taken" every day. Probably others here
will have more info.
