[Philmont] Increased Participation was RE: Albuquerque to Philmont

Works out to about $2.00/hour.

Reminds me of an old Peace Corp TV commercial that Bob Hope did in the
1960's. His last line was: "And the pay is great, about 11 cents an
hour". Like the Peace Corp, Philmont depends upon individuals who are
motivated by more than money.
