[Philmont] Increased Participation in August

WOW, I'm jealous

we get out of school around June 20 too, but then we start up again around
AUG 24th

we DO have 4 week long breaks during the school year (thanksgiving, 2 at
Christmas, in FEB & April)

makes for a very short summer...................

Any college student attending a Univ of California school just started this
week too.
