[philmont] Steve Fossett

        Steve also served on the board for Northern Tier for a number of years. I don't know the current status, but he has been instrumental in a lot of improvements there over the years.

 connection - he was a
Ranger in 1961. He is also an Eagle Scout, and a
 Distinguished Eagle Scout.
