[philmont] Lighters and matches

Just a heads up for future crews. We didn't carry lighters and matches on
the way to Philmont due to airline restrictions. We were going to purchase
at TOTT.

Well guesss what? That's right, they were out of stock.

I hung out at the homebound camp section and bummed a lighter and some
matches. Next time we buy after we hit the ground!
