[philmont] Disposable Internal Frame Packs

Dang John, your pack must be one of the REAL early ones. I have a
'collectors item' Kelty pack from the early 70's with a metal hip belt
buckle but even as long ago as 1998 they were using plastic on their
external frame packs (I have two different models - also collectors items).
