[philmont] PTC next week

Hi everyone
   
   
  I have questions.......
   
  I will be leaving for PTC Friday night(via Amtrak) to attend the LNT Masters course starting Sunday. We will be spending 3 days and 3 nights in the backcountry presenting material to fellow students and I was wondering about trail conditions.
   
   
  Also does anyone have any Philmont material (some sort of computer format) dealing with fire policy in the backcountry? I am looking for actual material(that I make into handouts) not just what the rangers have told your group, what you have heard, ect...
