[philmont] Why On Earth Is It There

Hard to believe that its about costs being deferred, rather its more likely
to be about money being earned.

You can get a domain name and sufficient hosting capacity for a scouting
site for about $40/year.

As to legal remedies I don't see it here in the home of free speech, just
don't visit the site, or boycott Google(or whoever).
