[philmont] Why On Earth Is It There

There are plenty of free web hosts who do not require you to have ads. A lot
even offer advanced features like advanced programming, database
avaliablity. you just have to do some digging and research and sometimes a
lot of changing of hosts. I have used a lot of these when I was fooling
around with web design.
