[philmont] Water bottles

EPA registered Water Filter.every filter must register, you fill out a form
and send it in.

Use the Sawyer filter. Lifetime action, 1500 gallon then back flow and you
are good again. Highest testing in the world and takes out viruses. No
other filter does that.
